About Bleed This Earth

Bleed This Earth are a melodic funeral doom band based in Wellington, New Zealand. Drawing influences from the more old-school, English side of Doom metal and modern funeral doom pioneers Ahab, the music is heavy and features growling vocals and a mix of melodic lead lines and crushing riffs.

Bleed This Earth released their debut, self-titled album in April 2020.

Their follow-up 2022 release, The Slow Decline, continues the evolution of their sound into alternative song structures while remaining oppressively heavy.
